Our pay structure comprises a basic salary and commission. Our basic salaries are extremely competitive and reviewed annually. 

Consultants become eligible to join their team's commission pool having achieved certain goals.

The structure is transparent and straightforward. It is easy to understand how your success will convert into your pay packet. The pool rewards team work as well as individual effort.
