What is the atmosphere in the office like?

At LAW Absolute, our emphasis on team work is paramount.

We value our environment which is based on mutual respect, cooperation and a sense of fun.

We work together every day to achieve collective and individual goals. We strive for a mature and pragmatic approach. Our preference is to focus on productive team meetings rather than to scrutinise individual activity statistics.

Our philosophy regarding a healthy work - life balance means that we make time both during work hours and out of them (the latter is optional, of course) to do the enjoyable non-work stuff. Team treats and rewards have included day trips to Wimbledon and Brussels, weekends away and excursions to several of London's major department stores.      

By popular consensus we have a dress down policy in the office. Provided that you are suited and booted to meet clients and candidates, you can sit at your desk in a straw hat and dungarees if you find this comfortable!

Work-Life Balance - How is this evident?

First and foremost we are a business and the drive to achieve excellent financial rewards is a common goal at LAW Absolute.

However, we do believe productivity and success is generated by a happy and healthy consultant who works smarter rather than harder.

Thus we offer 25 days holiday to new starters with an additional discretionary right to take off one Friday afternoon each month.

Our working day is 9 - 5.30 ( 9 - 5 on Fridays). While we do sometimes work a little longer than this, we actively discourage the burning of candles at both ends.

Will I earn great money?

Yes. We offer a very simple remuneration structure which is comprised of a basic salary and commission. Our basic salaries are extremely competitive and reviewed annually. The commission is an equal share from a commission pool. This structure is transparent and straightforward. It is easy to understand how your success will convert into your pay packet. The pool rewards team work as well as individual effort - thereby encouraging our core values of cooperation and teamwork.

Commission is uncapped - so one's earning potential is considerable.
