Victoria has over a decade's experience as a consultant, manager and entrepreneur. Her background includes recruitment of temporary lawyers across all sectors with two leading legal recruitment businesses. She held management positions with both companies. Victoria also spent 5 years in New Zealand where she owned and ran an I.T. recruitment company. She believes niche recruitment companies whose owners play a direct role have a significant competitive edge over their multi national corporate rivals.
