Sharzad graduated with an LLB in Law and Business at Bournemouth University, where she remained to successfully complete the Legal Practice Course. On returning to London, she joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as a corporate paralegal for one year before commencing her training contract with leading litigation firm, Vizards Wyeth. On qualification, Sharzad moved law firms and went to Greenwoods in London, where she practised as a Construction and Property Litigation Lawyer. After 3 years within private practice, she decided to make the jump into Legal recruitment and joined LAW Absolute in June 2006.
