Sarah commenced her career in recruitment after graduating with a degree in Business Management in the early 1990s. She spent over a decade with two global recruitment companies, establishing and running two very successful legal interim businesses before launching LAW Absolute in 2003.
Reasons for setting up were twofold - to be able to focus purely on a temporary and contract business and so be 'master of one trade ' rather than jack of all' and, to build a team of consultants with the same passion for and understanding of interim legal recruitment thus enabling LAW Absolute to become the market leader in this field.
