A busy County Council based in the Midlands requires an Insurance Lawyer to join their team to cover a 12 month maternity leave. Our client offers this role on a fixed term basis, although they would be open to offering a locum contract with an hourly rate of pay for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will carry a public liability caseload of predominantly highways matters; although they will also be required to deal with some small claims and fast track matters. Our client is keen to speak with candidates from either a Private Practice or Local Authority background. Due to the nature of the role it would ideally suit candidates with a proven track record in this area and the ability to hit the ground running without the need for supervision.
