This prominent and well regarded Legal 500 law firm, situated in the City, is offering a new opportunity for an HR professional to join its established and structured HR team.
All applicants must have strong academics up to and including at degree level and at least two years’ experience in HR within a law firm or comparable professional services environment. The successful candidate must also be working towards CIPD or already have the qualification.
The successful candidate will run payroll and have full responsibility for the process working alongside an outsourced bureau. It is important to understand how payroll works and have the proven ability to produce reports around staff absence (holiday and sick). Applicants will also have an interest in (and preferably experience of) employee relations as increasing involvement in staff welfare, training and recruitment is probable.
