US law firm is looking for an experienced Employment lawyer to cover a 12 month maternity leave and to commence September. You will deal with a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters together with corporate support.
Advisory experience will include advice regarding dismissals and compromise agreements, redundancy programmes, employee handbooks and policy reviews, disciplinary and grievance issues and drafting employment and consultancy agreements.
In terms of contentious experience, this includes acting for employers in Employment Tribunal and High Court claims involving unfair dismissal, discrimination and breach of contract issues
You will be joining a collaborative team and you must be able to operate with a high level of self-efficiency whilst working well within a team environment.
