Prince Andrew sex allegations struck
9th April 2015
Following the release of a story earlier this year that a teenager was forced to have sexual relations with Prince Andrew some 14 years ago, a judge has ordered details of the accusation to be struck from the record.
Virginia Roberts, now a 31-year-old mother of three, made accusations that at the age of 17 she was recruited to have sex with famed American financier Jeffrey Epstein and his friends, which were said to include the Prince. The case is sure to have been followed closely by those in lawyer job positions around the world after the potential scandal was flatly denied by Buckingham Palace.
Judge Kenneth Marra had the allegations made against the Prince struck from the record as he denied Roberts’ attempt to join a lawsuit against Epstein. Buckingham Palace only commented on the allegations to say, as reported in this article, “The allegations made are false and without any foundation.”
