Recruiting through LAW AbsoluteThe following is a list of bullet points outlining the process to follow which is most likely to lead to a successful outcome.
You may contract from LAW Absolute the services of a candidate whom we introduce to you. You may do this on an indefinite basis and pay an hourly rate, negotiated by you and LAW Absolute from the outset of the contract. Your contract is with LAW Absolute and your responsibility is, simply, to sign completed timesheets every Friday submitted to you by the temporary lawyer and to pay weekly invoices submitted by LAW Absolute. This option affords you maximum flexibility as it relieves you of administrative burden, removes any complications surrounding headcount within your organisation and allows you to recruit on a week by week or even day by day basis if you choose to do so. Alternatively, you may choose to recruit a lawyer introduced to you by LAW Absolute, directly onto the payroll of your organisation on a fixed term contract. In this case, you will be required to draw up a temporary contract of employment with the temporary lawyer and to pay him/her a salary. You will pay LAW Absolute an introduction fee as per our terms of business.
