We are dedicated to supplying recruitment solutions to clients when certain situations arise resulting in a requirement for an interim solicitor. The reasons for these situations vary but include: covering holiday, unexpected leave due to sickness, covering more long term absences such as sabbaticals, maternity leave, paternity leave, covering whilst a permanent solicitor is being sourced or working their notice in their current position, or to help with large projects.

The candidates that we work with and consistently source are lawyers looking for temporary or contract work. They can be UK or foreign qualified lawyers, ILEX and FILEX lawyers, all the way through to senior solicitors who have retired but are looking for jobs for 6 - 9 months of the year to keep their hands in legal practice and their skills active. We also work with professional contract lawyers who, by profession, have specialist skills in a legal discipline and can provide an extra pair of hands when departments need temporary assistance. Often they have worked with similar clients, case management systems and competitor firms and are therefore able to hit the ground running.
