How long does it take me to find a legal job?

This is the ubiquitous question and one to which there is no magic answer!

It can be difficult to predict the time it takes to find a legal job because every individual has a different background and set of skills to offer. The skills and experience in demand at any one time is dependent on everything from the time of year to the economic and political climate. It is perfectly possible that we may place a lawyer who approaches us for a legal job within 24 hours. It can take others up to 3 months to secure an appropriate role.
