Antonia is a Director, and one of the owners at LAW Absolute.

Antonia is currently leading our Law Firm Management piece working with candidates and clients in the business development and marketing space.

Originally in finance recruitment, Antonia moved in to legal recruitment in 2001, managing teams that placed temporary and contract lawyers into Private Practice on a national basis. In 2003 she established LAW Absolute as a boutique interim legal agency working across practice, commerce and the public sector. In 2010 LAW Absolute extended this platform to add an offering of legal permanent recruitment services.

Leading teams, managing consultants, developing business and the overall strategy for LAW Absolute is now her main focus. She remains close to dealings with clients and candidates and actively networks in the legal and recruitment market.
