Using A Legal Recruitment Agency

You can recruit legal professionals on either a temporary or contract basis, depending on your needs.

Temporary

The individual you recruit is employed and paid weekly by LAW Absolute. You are then invoiced by LAW Absolute. We handle all administration (including tax) and your headcount is unaffected.

Contract

You recruit the candidate directly on a fixed-term contract. You pay the individual directly, paying LAW Absolute a fee at the start of the contract. This fee is a percentage of their salary, pro-rata.
