Information that is important to the legal recruitment process includes:

• Details about your organisation
• Details about the relevant team (if there is one)
• The daily responsibilities that the job may entail
• The deliverables (ie results, achievement, output) you will expect from the post-holder
• The background and reasons that the job has arisen
• The potential duration of the job if it is possible to estimate it
• Money - whilst this is a critical factor it can be difficult to detemine at the outset. We will provide advice as to market rates and the probable total cost to you which will include our fees
• The timeframe in which you wish to recruit    

We will generally recommend a meeting at your offices with one or two of our legal recruitment consultants as soon as possible to discuss the role. However, if time is critical and, for example, you need someone to start the following day we can take the full instructions over the telephone.
