How do I get paid?

This depends on whether you are working as a Temporary Worker or a Contractor.

As a Contractor you will usually be on the client's payroll and paid monthly.

As a temporary worker, your payroll is handled by us directly at LAW Absolute. At the beginning of your assignment you will be given a blank LAW Absolute timesheet with your personal details, and the details of your employer printed on it. The week ending section is left blank and you can fill in the correct week ending date each week that you use the timesheet.

It is up to you to fill in the hours that you have worked over that week, and have it signed by an authorised signatory. It is important that you take a copy for yourself and also to give the original to your Line Manager.

You then fax or email a copy to us at LAW Absolute on a Monday morning by 11am and we instruct our payroll service at Cash Friday, to pay you.

Our fax number is 0207 092 8001 and the email address for timesheets is payroll@lawabsolute.com.
