Emma graduated from the University of Plymouth with a degree in Psychology and then went to BPP Law School where she completed the Graduate Diploma in Law. She embarked on her career in legal recruitment in January 2005 and recruited lawyers and paralegals into temporary and contract assignments across all sectors for national recruitment business. Emma joined LAW Absolute, armed with 12 months' intensive experience, in March 2006 and opted to specialise in legal public sector recruitment.
