Consultant
 Upon graduating from the University of Leicester with a degree in History in 2002, Dean completed the Graduate Diploma in Law. Dean spent a year working for a national law firm before commencing his career in recruitment in 2005, specialising in the recruitment of temporary lawyers into the public sector with an international recruitment consultancy. Dean joined LAW Absolute in 2009 to focus on the recruitment of temporary and contract lawyers into central government and regulatory bodies.
