Matthew graduated with an LLB and then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course. After working as a paralegal, he started his career in legal recruitment with a leading legal recruitment company situated in Manchester. Matthew remained there for five years and recruited fee earners who ranged from paralegals to partners for a breadth of law firms. Matthew joined LAW Absolute in May 2010 to recruit lawyers and paralegals into private practices in London and the South East of England.
