Claire read a degree in American Studies at Birmingham University, a year of which she spent at the University of British Columbia. After graduation, Claire spent two and a half years as a private practice fee earner at a well known recruitment consultancy before moving internally to concentrate on HR recruitment. Whilst recruiting HR professionals Claire began studying for her CIPD. Claire joined LAW Absolute in November 2008.
