 Charlotte has worked within legal recruitment since 1996.
Prior to joining LAW Absolute in 2008, Charlotte worked for over a decade for a national recruitment company and latterly headed up its legal temporary and contract recruitment division which recruits lawyers within London and the south-west of England.
She joined LAW Absolute as Managing Director in October 2008 to head up its recruitment business. Charlotte is passionate about personal development and has extensive experience in training managers and consultants and is well versed in numerous and diverse training methodolgies and techniques. Charlotte is a proponent of the Emotional Intelligence competencies and is the subject of a chapter in the book "Inspirational Manager: How to Build Relationships that Deliver Results" by Judith Leary-Joyce.
