Antonia post-graduated from Cambridge University in 1998 and immediately pursued a career in professional recruitment. Initially working in the financial recruitment sector, she moved to legal recruitment in 2001. Her role developed to managing teams placing temporary and contract lawyers into Private Practice on a national basis, prior to establishing LAW Absolute in 2003. In addition to management she has always played a very active part in fee earning recruitment and believes teamwork has been integral to LAW Absolute's success in the market.
