Alison graduated from Queens University in Belfast with a BA Honours in Law and completed her Legal Practice Course with the College of Law in Chester. She first worked as a paralegal in a national law firm before embarking on a career in recruitment. Alison recruited for the finance sector at an international recruitment consultancy for over six years before joining LAW Absolute in November 2009 to specialise in the recruitment of lawyers in the North West.
